How do I pay for my order?
We will email an invoice to you via PayPal. Once the payment has been confirmed we will send the order.
Why do you use PayPal?
PayPal provides a secure platform for processing payments. You do not need to sign up with PayPal to make a payment.
When will I get my order?
Items usually ship within 24 hours after artwork is approved.
How do you ship?
We typically ship USPS. FED EX Ground or Express, UPS and DHL are also used as needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Once we have the shipping address we will provide a quote for shipping. Additional customs charges may apply at your end. These charges will need to be paid by the recipient.
Can I have my order rushed?
Yes. An additional charge may apply.
How can I track my order?
We email tracking information when we mail the order to all U.S customers.
Which dry erase pens can I use?
We have used nearly all dry erase pens on the market Including Sanford Expo, INC., Kleen Slate, Remarx, Quartet and all of them have erased well from the slate boards. We have noted that old pens do not erase well.
I used one of the above mentioned markers and it won't come off, why?
Occasionally we get a call about this. Each time it turned out to be an old pen. Not sure why, but when they used a new pen it came off fine.
What do I do if I accidentally use a permanent marker?
Oops! The easiest way to remove the ink is with lacquer thinner. Don't worry, it won't damage the artwork on the slate.
